Park 96 Operating Hours:
Generally the Park is open daily from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm.
There are seasonal exceptions to these hours and changes can be obtained by
calling the office voicemail, or checking back here.
Please note: access
to the Park is restricted one half hour prior to closing in order to
efficiently clear the Park by closing.
Park 96 Office Hours:
Open for business on Tuesday, Wednesday
and Thursday of each week from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. The office phone number

Park Fees:
Invoices for 2008
Annual Fees have now been sent out to each homeowner. The annual fee is
$150.00 (this amount includes GST). Prompt payment of Park fees is
important in order for the Park to maintain its high standards of operation and
maintenance. For accounts that carry a balance, interest is charged at
the rate of 1.5% per month. Payment can be made during office hours, or
dropped in the secure mailslot just outside the entrance gate. Each
residence whose account is fully paid is allocated one access card at no
charge; additional cards are available at a cost of $10.00 each. The fee
also applies to lost or damaged cards.
