History of the Park

Did you know Park96 got its name from being on Lot 96? Keith Construction signed over the property rights of Lot 96 on October 22, 1974 to the residents and the Parkland Community Centre (Calgary) Ltd was born. The Parkland Community Centre (Calgary) Ltd. doesn’t flow off the tongue and we will never know who the first person to utter Park96 was but we are grateful we are affectionately known as Park96,
